I also brought my truck to them cause it was slipping when punching it on the freeway. Took a few hours cause they were busy but when they dropped the pan they got me to look, their was 1/4 slivers of metal that covered the magnet also their was brass looking color in the fluid. They told me it needed a trans rebuild ( I was like damn fork out $$$ time ) Nick told me it would be about 1300 bucks, but if they found more problems they would tell me and cost a lil more. Want your trans fixed right ? then take it to Rapid. These guys kickazz , very helpful , and cool. I brought the wife's car in for a trans filter and fluid change, they got it done quick. When I got 3/4's the way home the damn tranny wouldn't shift properly (was like what the hell ) I called them and they told me to bring it in (was going to do newayzzzzzz ) They took the time and found out the wiring on the car was popping the trans fuse cause of it being bare and grounding out on metal. Our Mazda 3 needed a transmission service and the dealer price was unreasonable. I called on a Friday morning and was offered an appointment early Monday. The key drop allowed us to leave the car on our way to work and it was ready by lunchtime. Mark the manager has a positive attitude and this was an excellent service experience.
