I went to get new tires this week and I was pleasantly surprised by the service. I was told when I dropped my car off that it would be about 15 minutes to change them. Being jaded by other tire service companies, I assumed that it would take 2 hours and just dropped my car and said I would be back. When I got to my office,6 miles down the road, the phone rang and MY CAR WAS DONE! Top notch service! I highly recommend them!
So happy with the service at Rapid Tire—called on a Friday afternoon with a tire losing air because of a screw stuck in it. They took my right in, and within 20 minutes I was back on the road with a repaired tire!! Great crew! Thanks so much!
