Bad experience. They quoted me one price to rotate my tires before they did the work, and then charged me another price when it was completed. Person who helped me was rude.
RecommendedWalked out of work last night to a nearly flat tire. My first choice would obviously be to go to Rapid Tire Service but they were already closed. So I drove to the nearest place, Mavis Discount Tire on Union Avenue in Newburgh. I could see the nail in the tread of my tire and hoped it would be a simple repair. Instead I was told it could not be repaired and that I needed a new tire (my tires are less than a year old). During the Covid-19 pandemic got a screw in my tire. My “regular” tire store was closed so I went to Rapid Tire. I wasn’t sure if they would help since I didn’t buy the tires from them. I drove up and they treated my like I was a regular customer. They even had safety protocols in place so I wasn’t exposed to the virus. Quick turn around and excellent service. I will now be a regular customer. Highly recommend

Just Bought tires from Rapid Tires in Montgomery, they are the best. Good Price, free rotation.. The service is A1 . ($25-$30 value each time anywhere else for rotation).
