My computer was having all kinds of problems - it wouldn't open an internet site, Word, or even turn on. No error messages or codes - it just wouldn't respond. I took it to Rapid Tech Service and they had the problem diagnosed and handed it back to me in less than TEN MINUTES. It turns out I thought my birdhouse was a computer. They didn't even charge for the consultation!
I love the service I get at Rapid Tech. Fast, friendly service. I will use them for all of my repairs. The customer service is great, so helpful. I recommend them to anyone.
The owner severly lacks all customer service skills. Work requested and paid for in full was not completed because she didn't have it 'in her notes'. The work that was completely failed within 3 months and she refused to warranty the work.... On a crazier note, she did ask me when I would pickup my IPad. ... I've never owned an IPad
Premium service from great owners. I was impressed that every day they're open, you deal with an owner of the business. We have had cell phones, laptops, desktop pc's and a television successfully repaired there. Do business there with confidence.
Very professional and friendly. They had my computer working and back to me within 2 days. I won't take my computer or phones anywhere but there.
Had a issue with my macbook pro for several weeks ended up reseting my whole computer to attempt to fix it with no luck, almost caved in and decided to go buy a new one but decided to to go give Rapid Tech a shot. Walked in to friendly customer service, within 10 minutes of looking at it was fixed! now works like a new macbook . couldn't be more thankful to have a friendly and professional service in this area! I will definitely be back to visit Rapid Tech
