Had our tub for 3 years now and use it almost every day. Chris and the gang at Rapid Spa are always very helpful with needed chemicals and accessories. Thank you!!
Top notch customer service. I needed advise on moving a hot tub and Bob got me everything I needed to handle the job. Show room is emasculate and staff is very knowledgeable on helping with any questions and getting you the parts you need. I’m a new customer but Rapid Spa will be the only place I go for spas and service. Thanks guy.

Bought our first hot tub from them and everyone, I mean everyone were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and just fun!!!! They did everything to make sure buying the hot tub was easy and comfortable for us!!!! Even after the purchase, they kept working and solving potential installation issues. If you're going to buy a hot tub, I strongly, strongly recommend them!!!!
