I want to thank Rapid Spa for making my night and the next few days miserable because of my allergy to chlorine. Even after you “reserviced” my tub to put bromine back in, I got in it tonight and immediately knew it was chlorine and now it’s to late. Gonna itch for a couple days. Thanks for nothing. NEVER AGAIN.
Sales side of rapid spa was great. After that it was a joke. Took 2 teams to actually install the spa correctly. Tried to charge us for an electrician that was not needed as they had the spa wired incorrectly which kept tripping the breaker. Put chlorine in when we requested bromine due to an allergy. Had to drain and refill (as well as center the tub on the deck and correctly install a wire they had exposed) and also bring our step that they were supposed to have brung the first time. Bought a used spa 6 years ago yes I know it was used but salesman said he guaranteed it would work. Here we are 6 years later still the same problem. No one has ever been here to check it since the day they delivered it. I have been in there so many times with the same problem and was told I don’t know so I just started going up the street to get help. Today I needed a heater and a cover of just wanted used since it has been a piece of junk since we purchased it no sense buying new it won’t run for more than two days anyway.... read more

I love my spa after a hard day of roofing I'm able to wake up the next day rejuvenated and ready to work again! Great customer service also!
Great purchasing experience but more importantly the customer service is second to none. I just received help from Chris on a Friday evening. My call for help started at 4:00 pm and we last talked at 6:10 pm when the issue was resolved. Rapid Spas has my business for life and I highly recommend them.
