I had to call Rapid Rooter this morning, and within just two hours, everything was fixed, and I had water running again 🚰. From my initial contact calling into the office all the way through the repair of one of my toilets-the whole process was seamless. Mario was patient (I have 3 attention-seeking golden retrievers!), explained all of my options and was able to fix the issue in a short time.
