Had the team at Rapid Restoration come out and make our deck vision come to life. Keith & Jordan were easy to work with on getting the job quoted at a very fair price. Communication was great from start to finish. In a week their team had our old deck take down & new one up! During the whole process their crew made sure everything was exactly like we wanted and even gave us better ideas. Couldn’t recommend these guys more for all your needs!
...after reading these reviews, I would've loved the opportunity to work with this company, however I was ghosted twice by "Keith". Left message, sent text...was told he'd call, but never did. Understanding they're probably busy I reached out again, spoke to Keith and was told to text my address and availability for that week...again, never heard back. Professionalism would have just simply admitted that they weren't taking any new jobs.
They came out for my Aunt Gina and did a fantastic job! Quick and professional!
