I had them over for a radon test. They came and looked at the house and said it was too drafty and they would not get an accurate read. Loved his honesty! He could have set his machine up, given me my inaccurate results and charged me for the test and and I never would have known the difference. Will definitely use them in the future. He also spent some time with us answering questions. Didn't charge is anything for his drive or time.

Very pleasesd with the air duct cleaning. It Drastically improved the air quality in my home. If you suffer from asthma or allergies I highly recommend having your air ducts cleaned. I will definitely be using rapid response again. Thanks Jon and Dominic.
