This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had in this town dealing with a business business owner. We went here because the reviews were good, Little did we know that he could never fix it back to where it was and never warned us. This guy was amazing, quick and efficient in his work. The prices were the best I could find. 10/10 would recommend!! Edit: I would actually not recommend. I went into get two screens replaced he had mentions afterwards that I have a 6 month warranty on both phones and he’ll fix anything that comes up. Well since replacing the screens on both of my iPhones. One of the cameras no longer work, both screens randomly glitch out, and on one of them the screen is coming out. I had a terrible experience trying to get a new battery put in 2 Apple Watches. The owner did warn me that it can be a hard fix and once repaired, watch might no longer be waterproof. What I did not expect was the AWFUL communication. Does not answer the phone. Does not return calls. The only way I knew the status was to show up in person and ask. Seemed to genuinely want to help, came in with a PS5 with a broken HDMI port. From the moment we sent it to get repaired in it came back bruised and broken and they said they said it came in that way and the HDMI port was still broken. Sent it in again and still didn't work after almost a week of waiting and sent it back in on warranty. FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS!! This company is the WORST!!! I’ve been dealing with them since August 2024. Paid money. Just got my device back in January 2025. Device isn’t fixed. I was told I would get a refund because of how long it took them to get my device back. Of course that still hasn’t happened. Now they are avoiding my calls and text.
