“Drop off and pick up repair” Logan was very friendly helpful and professional. He took the time to fix my cracked iPhone screen. He made sure there was no glitches after investing other issues. Decided to bring in my apple watch and they said 2 days max after 4 months of calling texting and walking in i finally got my watch and it stopped working after 2 days they refused to give me my money back and even said if i took the bad review down theyll give me half my money back never trust these guys go to the mall best buy or apple not worth losing a device and money trying to supports these clowns and there amazon repair kits
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had in this town dealing with a business business owner. We went here because the reviews were good, Little did we know that he could never fix it back to where it was and never warned us. He tried to do his best to fix it out of his own pocket, but for months now has been dodging our phone calls, not responding to our text messages like he used to and now is holding our personal property and refuses to respond to us.
