Excellent customer service.high prices for something generic, but everything is getting too expensive, so what the heck. Why couldn't this be the same. But it is still cheaper than those outrageously priced brand name cartridges.

Incredibly helpful staff, they were able to share a lot of knowledge about my old printer and helping me decide whether it was worth continuing to use. The inks they sold me were very affordable, and produced incredible photos with no issues. I appreciate that they provide a warranty on their inks too.

I have only used RAPID REFILL a couple times, but it was easy, everyone was knowledgeable & helpful. One of my 're-maufactured' cartridges is having issues (My laser printer is a more obscure brand) but they immediately offered a free replacement & stood behind their guarantee. I drove 30 mins to the storefront, hadn't noticed they have free shipping if ordering several cartridges at once (well-worth it).
