Ignite/Bridgemoor has no business being in the rehab business. Seems to be no one in charge. A large percentage of the staff are casual in the use of masks. Some have them covering only their mouth, others have their chin covered, others no mask at all. The person I questioned with a mask around her neck said they were not required. The worst! All of these positive comments must be lies because they have no care for my dad or his next door neighbors. We’ll be taking him elsewhere, also will file a complaint with the medical board if you are also going through this please help me put in as much as compliments possible it’s not ok for patients to be alone, if you have family here make sure you check on them well and listen to them when they tell you THEY FORGET TO GIVE THEM THEIR MEDICINE!! KEEP YOUR LOVED ONE AWAY!!! Despite allowing a 15 lb weight loss in her 9 day stay, no bathing, very little care if she remained hydrated. Oh yes.. leaving my mother at her doctor's appointment without transport back. I left my office in NW office to find my mother outside, unattended, and alone. She was at her physicians office in Georgetown near our home.
