Customer service at this company is excellent. I had to schedule a second service call due to some water overflow. Greg was on time, professional and performed a second test on the system just to confirm that his evaluation of the problem from the first servicie call was accurate. He helped me understand how the system works , and informed me of several things I could do to help prevent the problem from happening again.

Called to have a plumber come out and tell me what's wrong and get a free estimate like it's says when you Google them. The lady on the phone said it's $150 for them to come out and give an estimate. Last I checked that doesn't mean free. When I brought it to her attention that it says free she got rude with me and said she is on the website and it doesn't say that. She interrupted me when I tried to explain it was on Google. After that phone call alone, they lost my business.
