Took my own oil to have it changed but yet was charged the full price for a complete oil change (as if I used their oil). Was not told this before they started. Will not use them again. Way over priced for what was done.

Service at this location has definitely changed. Last visit, they marked all the things that were "checked" but my headlight was not working when I came in and they checked that it worked but did not offer to change it out. I was asked to get one of fluid levels checked bc "it was too red". Made a complaint and was told I would get a refund which never came. No longer feel I can trust my care there which is a shame since I have used ROC since 1990.
Good service with a smile
Went in for an oil change today and ran into a hiccup. Kevin made short work of fixing the issue while the owner assisted. Great team of techs that are timely and professional!
Fast, Friendly, and reasonably priced!! Stan, Ken, and the mechanics are the best in the business!!
I was very pleased with the overall experience. They got me in & out pretty quick.
