Made an appointment online at 5:45pm and when I got there at 5:30 the door even said they close at 6 but they closed at 5 what the receptionist told me.i also mentioned on the door it says 6pm and she said the doctors said he is not taking anymore patients. She also said they don’t do appointments it’s only walk in so I am not sure why is it offered on the website if is not available or accommodated
Made an appointment the night before for 8am ( the time they open) only to be told by the nice young lady the doctor wont be in till 8:45. Then i asked for a mask, and she comes back to tell me they don’t have any????? do better
I AM HIGHLY PISSED OFF WHY DOES THE SITE SAY IT CLOSES AT 10PM😡 I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN ALMOST HAD A PANIC ATTACK ON MY WAY THERE AND WHEN I GET HERE AT 830PM IT'S CLOSED😡.... ARE YOU KIDDIN ME?! THIS IS NOT OK AT ALL‼️ IF U CHANGE TIME ON THE DOOR HOW CAN YOU NOT CHANGE IT ON YOUR SITE SMH.... YOU DON'T KNOW THE STRUGGLE A SICK PERSON TOOK TO GET HERE.... WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY IN THIS COLD WEATHER TO NOT GET ANY HELP AND STILL BE IN PAIN.. THANKS AGAIN RAPID MD... SMH SO THIS LOCATION CLOSES AT 8 PM NOT 10PM 😡
