In my opinion I don’t recommend anyone to do business with Rapid Homes NYC Corp particularly miss Sherry. I had a 1st floor with 3 bedrooms apartment for rent and Ms. Sherry assisted with placing a tenant. The tenant was not properly vetted on past rental behavior and a complete lease was never presented to me. Her only intent was to collect her share of the cash coming her way. Reggie Rawana is very dishonest, he preys on the vulnerable Indo guyanese elderly , illegals an the less sophisticated. He takes their downpayment which includes one month rent ,one month security, and fees, upon tenants leaving the month to month rental he refuses to gave back their security. At that point most of the elderly or illegals do not know what actions to take. He banks on that an continues to prey on his people.
