Let me start by saying this company is awesome. I called them to get a quote, and they gave me a very reasonable price compared to the other three companies I called. The day after we confirmed, they came by and had the window in and out in no time at all. The worker was very professional and kept the work area clean. *DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!* They broke my window lock and didn't even bother to let me know. I had to run down and catch the guy in the parking lot as he was packing up to leave, and ask why my lock latch was missing. "Oh, yeah, it broke off, I'm sorry.. blah blah" He was literally going to lave without even letting me know I had no lock on my window.
