Company showed up unannounced at our building one day when no management was in the building and left us a random quote to fix a couple things. When I called to follow up I called 3 times with no call back. I finally sent and email reaching out only to get a call back to tell me after already showing up and giving us a quote, that "they are to busy to take on new accounts and I need to call a different vendor". Awful customer service wouldn't choose here even if they were willing after this experience.
Had a fire in my business recently. The investigation team concluded the system installed by "Rapid Fire Protection" didn't go off.
They were some of the nicest folks! Very helpful, and economical. @daddypetesbbq
