The pilot light went out on our older fireplace so called Rapid Cool & Bryan Taylor came out and serviced the fireplace & was able to get the pilot light on. A relief as I expected the worst. In addition he checked out the whole fireplace & cleaned the glass screen, which I love! He also answered a barrage of questions I had & was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this Company!
Great service for a late Friday afternoon furnace emergency.
