Great company to deal with. We manage a large building in Kamloops that has all sorts of heating and cooling systems. They come out quickly and are always able to find and fix the problem.
Came by to get AC checked, and although the news wasn’t very good, they were honest with everything my system needed. Unlike the other guys who showed up charged me 200 bucks just to have the system freeze up in 10 minutes. They never even checked the refrigerant or even tested the system itself. Rapid Cool will replace evap coil and entire outside system, for far cheaper than the estimate given by previous company and they even waived The charges for the initial assessment inspection.
