RecommendedI contacted them on their website regarding an issue with our Mac music library not loading. Jacob responded quickly to ask a little about the problem. We set up a time for Jacob to remote in to our computer and voila! Issue resolved. Great, friendly customer service. Very reasonable price with a 30 day warranty on the service/problem and paid with Venmo. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with my desktop hard drive. RCR determined it was not salvageable and helped me decide on a new machine as the desktop I had was quite old. I like the fact that all the 'glamware' was removed before RCR sold it to me. Was very easy to setup times to meet with them. I very happy with the service.
Jacob was great to work with. Fast in responding, scheduling drop off, pick up and getting the job done fast. I would highly recommend Jacob for data recovery. You won't find anyone beat his price either.
