HORRIBLE STAFF>.. Dr G is phenomenal, but their staff is horrible. Can't get any referrals set up correctly and when you want to get it straightened out, you have to make another appointment.. BS... My stress levels have been put through the roof with this office staff.

Been here for over two hours. Every time I ask they say it will be another 2 hours. There is no one bring seen and the same two people have been sitting with me since I got here. Absolutely rediculous for a place called "rapid care". They need to step it up

Not saying anything bad about the doctors at this place, but if you are not of hispanic origin then you can pretty much forget being seen bc the "lady" at the front desk is the rudest most inconsiderate prejudice person i know. She told me I couldn't be seen bc they weren't my primary doctor. When i called earlier in the week i had asked all those questions about everything and they never told me i had to switch doctors. Mrs Deborah needs to learn manners!!!! I was on hold for 20 minutes then she gets on the phone only to be rude and hang up! Way to treat a practice that IS NOT yours lady. Dr Gaimaro is great! but his staff... needs improvement.

Dr. Robert Gaimaro is very knowledgeable. I have been a patient of his for 4 years, & I wouldn't change it. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful, attentive, caring and very professional. Yes I know some days you might need to wait a little longer, but it's worth it. I would definitely refer others to this facility!!

I waited two hours to be seen and when i finally got to the back, they made me wait around 25 minutes until the doctor came in.When i finally got seen by the doc he gave me 10-15 minutes of his time and jetted out. He hardly gave me any room to talk. Every question i had he had nothing to say but "oh no thats not it" (without checking first) and "well, we will take a look when you come in next week for a womens wellness check up. Yes, there is sometimes a wait, and it is worth it. The front desk staff has always been kind and courteous to me in the 6 years I have been going there. More importantly, though, Dr. Gaimaro, Dr. Nicholl and Debbie are kind and caring. The entire staff has gone way beyond expectations with any issues I have had. After a serious skin cancer diagnosis, and dealing with the fact that I had no health insurance, Dr. Gaimaro and crew treated me to the extent of their abilities to attain a cure. Be Careful!!!!!!! – This place is scary. You are better off not telling them you have insurance or they will charge you more and do test and culture work that are not required. Waited 4 hours to see a doctor, that told me he could not treat me and sent me to the ER after 2 min. Although he made sure to collect culture so he could get his commission with the labs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic. – Finding a reliable and affordable Health care provider could be a rather challenging task. I am a California resident.
