Great service - friendly staff - Peter went above and beyond securing my window while I waited for the special window to arrive.
While driving over the Alex Fraser Bridge, my windshield broke. I immediately called a glass repair shop, but they couldn’t book me for four weeks. My next call was to Rapid Auto Glass, and within 20 minutes, my car was at their shop, and I had a courtesy car in hand. They assured me my car would be ready the same day, an excellent start to their service. However, when I picked up my car, I noticed some issues. Wow what great service this place has. I came in yesterday without an appointment needing my windshield replaced and they were able to fit me in. Gave me a courtesy car to use while my car was being worked on and it was done the same day! The receptionist Annabelle was so nice and helpful. I had zero knowledge of how the claims worked with ICBC. She explained everything thoroughly and made it easy for me to understand. If you have any questions go and talk to Annabelle, she’s just the sweetest little girl!
