The staff are friendly and responsible. They fixed the crack in the windshield in half an hour. Very professional and punctual.
It's in the name, they are RAPID! Dropped off my car at 9 am and they replaced my windshield by 2pm same day. Mind you my windshield has rain sensors and radars as well so it's no easy work. They also provided a courtesy car which is very handy for my work errands. Highly recommended!
Phenomenal experience with Rapid Auto Glass! They made the entire windshield replacement process easy from start to finish, and the team was incredibly communicative, and transparent. They took my car in right away, and even offered a complimentary vehicle while the work was being done. They also handled the insurance claim for me, and the owner - Lawrence - worked to get us the best deal possible. Honest, down-to-earth company run by good people. 10/10.
Great service. Other places were a hassle to figure out and forms to do or have to speak to an AI on the phone. Unlike these guys who had someone pick up the phone and set it all up in the phone. They also gave a loaner out which is convenient for free, just pay gas like 5 bucks. Got my whole windshield replaced under 3 hours hassle free.
