I saw dr Raphael March 7 2024 for a root canal. Three weeks later I was in pain. I drive 3 hours to return to his office due to the pain I was having in the tooth He did the root canal on. His office told me on the phone I would receive a CT and an evaluation. Not only did I not receive a CT scan, Dr Raphael did not even examine the tooth. I saw Donald Raphael who put me on amoxicillin and told me I had two options, retreat the tooth at no charge, or have the tooth pulled.
