I rarely take the time to write negative reviews, but my experience at this clinic was so frustrating that I felt I had to warn others. I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, making me wait nearly an hour past my appointment time without a word. To make matters worse, I discovered they billed my insurance for services that were never even rendered. The lack of professionalism and integrity here is alarming. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
I was very nervous to give acupuncture a try, but when I arrived at Rapha Clinic, they made me feel so welcomed. I have been going now for a few months and Dr. Lee has helped me so much! I’ve had improvement in my sleep, my heads aches, tight shoulders, and more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
I had problems with migraines and SI joint issues. Dr. Lee treated me with acupuncture and chiropractic cares, and now I can do things more actively and pain free when I walk or exercise. It seems acupuncture helps me to sleep better and wake up with more energy. Thank you!!!
