Great experience with RAP. They have a great selection of flooring with a wide range of prices. Their pricing includes padding, old carpet removal, installation so there are no surprises. Scheduling was very flexible and accommodating.
Angie Ramm was very good at guiding me thru the selection process for 2 rooms. Great look for our home and so pleased. Installation went well and I was very satisfied. Would definitely buy again and recommend your store.
They did a nice job, and on short notice. Price was lower than another company we've used. Highly recommend.
Every time we have used RAP for carpeting, we have always been given very good service and whenever there was a problem it was always corrected. The team at the store was always very helpful. We will use RAP for our next purchase and we always recommend RAP to our friends and family.
I am extremely unhappy with the flooring we got from you and the service. Our laminant flooring started peaking very shortly after being installed. the shaw rep said it was from my dogs peeing on the floor but it was also happening under furniture and area rug. since then we had new carpet installed in our bedrooms and that's when I found out that the flooring was not installed properly. A truly painless experience. No surprises, no extra or hidden charges. No delays on delivery of our flooring. No damage or mess at installation. The opportunity to have flexible payment options; and all of that for 50% less than Empire. I hate to say it but it made the process enjoyable....Don't tell my wife I said that :) Jeff Ewing was a true professional. Best I've met in this industry.
