We had carpet and tile done in our previous house and they did a great job. Then we moved to our current condo and a few years ago we had all the carpet replaced. we went out to their office and they found us some very nice carpet that we liked and also fit in our budget.
The thick carpet and plush padding are great. Installers did a decent enough job, but it was hard to communicate with a crew in which no one spoke English. I had expected our sales person to follow up either during or after the installation to check on the work and pick up the big carpet sample board, but she never did. In all, the experience was pleasing. I went there because the carpet in my 19-year-old home came from R.A.P. when the house was built. I was happy then, so I figured I would be happy again. :-) The store selection was large and varied; the measuring appointment went well; and the installation was very well done. The installers were careful with the woodwork and walls and did a complete cleanup. I plan to go back when I again have flooring needs.
