Rank My Agent is a fantastic platform for connecting with real clients! I've personally grown my business through leads from clients who found me on the site. What's even better? All reviews are from REAL people and are verified by Rank My Agent, ensuring authenticity and trust.
Seems very dishonest. The lowest rating I was able to find was a 4.88/5. By far the majority of ratings are a solid 4.99/5. This is laughable, it's like elections in Venezuela. True positive reviews are all from realtors saying how great the service is. What is the point of offering this service? If there is no differentiation, a rating site is useless.
A very poorly designed questionnaire. It does not provide and option of "not applicable", there fore the agent does not get a review.

Dont trust a word on this website. I can easily write a positive review which is posted almost immediately. Write a negative review? They require approval from the relevant realtor to confirm the feedback (like anyone is going to admit to being poor at their job) and Rank My Agent also wants confidential real estate documents, incuding the bill of sale for the house transaction for negaticve reviews (which of course are not required for a positive review). Inherently skewed and dishonest way of conducting business.
