I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Rankin Roofing or any related operation involving Josh Mullins and Kelli Zeigler. In my opinion, this company raises serious red flags. Based on public permit records I reviewed, the number of permits associated with their work appears to be nowhere near the volume of roofing jobs they claim or appear to have performed.
