When Dr. Rank came into talk with me in pre-op, he hadn't even bothered to read my chart and described doing a totally different procedure than I had come in for. Three months after the procedure, I am still suffering from symptoms I did not have when I checked in for the procedure. I have had to seek help from other providers at different organizations trying to remedy the problem Dr. Rank caused at over triple the cost of what I was billed for Dr. Rank's procedure. I advise finding a different provider than Dr. Rank.
Had a upper endoscopy recently. Did not explain things well. Was dismissive and snapped at me when asking questions. Filled out paperwork incorrectly per the nurses.
Dr. Rank was great! I was really nervous about my procedure but he put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and was super kind and professional about the whole thing.
Poor bedside manor, lacks empathy. Did not explain thoroughly, seemed annoyed by my visit.
