Staff and everyone was good Paid 30$ for fade cut
I got my haircut and laser hair removal done from Rani’s Salon yesterday and I must say it was a great experience and got very satisfactory services.
I was disappointed with my experience here. After threading/waxing, I wasn’t even shown a mirror to check the results. When I got back to my car, I noticed hair still left around my upper lips corners, and my underarms were also not properly cleaned after waxing. The service felt rushed and no one asked if I was satisfied before charging me. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but attention to detail and basic customer care really matter.
