I'll admit that I was initially sceptical that they could actually save us money! Boy was I wrong! The savings was substantial and that wasn't even the biggest benefit! In modern America it's gotten to be a real surprise when you deal with friendly people that are also very capable the competent! It's so pleasant to deal with Kaitlyn Chambers that you go away with the knowledge that you were treated fairly and that your business is truly appreciated! I had the DISpleasure of corresponding with Patrick Prendiville during an entire afternoon to clarify insurance requirements conveyed to my HOA. Due to a poorly worded letter, my own insurance company had a hard time identifying what the requirements were. I switched to Metlife because of the expertise that Rich Guidice has with insurance. Very through in explaining coverage's, gives you the best price available for the needs you have. If you don't know about Metlife's Grand Protect then you are paying too much on your house insurance!
