Horrible agent. Every time I need to make a change when I call his fax machine is sets answer. A 1990s trick done to block calls. So you can't even leave a message. Left me stranded broke down because he removed my road hazard off my truck without my permission. Farmers was no help didn't even offer a suggestion just sorry only your 2012 Cadillac has towing. He called me to let me know my insurance had just expired (after reminding me personally by phone twice), helped me renew it immediately, and spent hours trying to help me find options after my car was hit. An agent who treated me like a friend.
