This real estate company manages The Cottages at RidgePoint in Athens GA where my dad lives. Initially, this community did have a personable, helpful, manager named Jaycee. Since she left, however, our experience has been dismal. Our attempts to reach anyone in the office by phone have been totally and completely ineffective. I truly wish that I could give a separate review for the level of customer service received; however, that is not a option. I would say that Jenifer was a pleasure to work with during this process, and this rating is no reflection of her service. She was attentive, responsive, understanding and patient with me. I could not have asked for a better individual to help during the tour and research of Alexan.
