My experience has been awful. They claimed to have received the final inspection on our commercial roof and we paid them. Then Raneri & Long disappeared. The roof isn’t finished. There are beer cans strewn about and garbage on the roof. They didn’t seal any of the penetrations and it’s been raining inside my warehouse. They damaged our HVAC units. Fixed all of the major problems with my old roof...Chris was a pro. Very pleased with the results. These guys don’t get enough credit.

Roof replaced as part of a major renovation less than 1 year ago. New roof leaks in 2 places. Called 6 times to try and get them to come and fix the problem. Never got a response. Lawyers now involved. Are we having fun yet?

I recently hired Raneri &Long roofing ..And have various problems with the new roof.. Trusting them with coming up with solutions to remedy a leaky roof.. Well it turn out that their quick fix solutions are not working and have a new roof that is sub par..worst yet the roof is paid for and I can’t even get a professional call back..Trying for a few months they seem to be avoiding me..,

My experience with Raneri and Long Roofing has been terrible. Even though my roof was put on in 2002, it has leaked every year. They have come out a couple of times to try and fix it but now they won't even answer my calls or emails. I'm not sure if I can sue them even though it has leaked every year since they put on the roof but I'm going to have another roofer fix the problem then talk to my attorney. Dean Moser
