Awesome! In and out in less then 30 minutes!
Excellent mechanic. Had my problem resolved in 24 hours. Even called the next day to make sure issue was resolved. Have been going to other places and hadn't figured out my truck troubles for years. Will definitely return. Already have for my daughters car. If you have ever wanted someone you can trust to work on your car, Randy is your man. Just wish I had discovered him earlier.
I live close to Randy's Repair Service and saw his sign many times. Recently, he was recommended to us by my wife's hairdresser so I gave him a call. Sorry I waited so long. I've lived in Knoxville for almost 8 years and had used another shop that was nearby for some other repairs. They did just about the same service that Randy did for me on a different vehicle a few years ago except the other shop charged me twice as much. I'm 100% satisfied with Randy's Repair Service and told him I would be back for future needs.
