GREAT STAFF, FAST SERVICE, GREAT REPAIR COST!
Dropped off a lawn mower for one of my customers. It needed $117 and parts. Rain is refused to work on it until parts are paid for an advance. Docile you can do business if you got to pay for your parts in advance. Will not recommend. Will not go back. ((((Up date 6-3-2024 , I took the mower to another local shop. Come to find out my customers mower (Did Not ) need any of the parts they said it did . )))) I don't know who there mechanic is but I think he needs to learn his trade or quit trying to rip people off . Worst customer service. Took mower in for a service four weeks later the mower hasn't been touched. When I went to pick it up they couldn't find it and asked me if I'm sure this is where I dropped it off. Has gone down since the shop was sold.
