I dropped off a mower within the companies 2 yr. warranty (the company sent me to them) and paid a 25.00 drop off fee (does not get applied to the total cost). I then got a call back and was simply told "it's done - pick it up". Upon my arrival I was told to my surprise that it would be 118- that the work was NOT covered under the warranty.
