ordered a double bacon cheese buger. go a cheese burger. got bottom of the bag fries, none over an in long. use to love the food. getting worse over time. so disappointing. night manager could care less.
Recommendedcheeseburger value meal - only thing I ever order. But Randy's is known for their chicken.
I just want to say that the young man in the drive thru this morning ( think his name was Jordan) What a nice young man. He is certainly compliments your establishment! My breakfast was great too! I used to work at Randy’s years(and years) ago so I always like to stop in and it is nice to see such nice employees
My husband picked up an 8 piece chicken and French Fries Friday night and it was awful the French fries were so dry like they have been sitting for a while and the chicken was rubbery and some of the batter was thick This is the first bad experience I have had at Randy! Normally the food is really good! I was so disappointed

I've had lots of different options on the menu and all have been super tasty! Their ranch dressing is my absolute favorite!
Unfortunately this isn’t the first time for us either but after leaving the drive thru and luckily glancing in my bags before getting home I realized I was missing food. I turn around return to the drive thru (only to wait another 12 minutes) and inform the lady that I was missing something. Now rather than say ok and apologize and fulfill the mistake she responded with “ummm I’m pretty sure I put that in there) basically assuming I’m lying. Pretty good and the burger is 2x bigger than McDonald’s burger
