Not only is randy a complete ass his son doesn't know what he's doing. I took my mercury (their specialty) in to get it fixed. Well $1800 later I got it back after being told it ran pretty good. We'll first time I put it in the water still doing same thing. Took it back to Randy and he tries blaming me for doing something. His son re-diagnosis it and now it's something completely different and of course they want more money to fix. Never going there again and probably going to court. DO NOT USE, you've been warned.
I lived down the street from Randy as a kid always loved the boats he had in front of his house. I would ride my bike stopping to ask questions. Randy always took the time to answer me. Randy's a stand up guy I can remember him fixing several boat motors for my father over the years. Idk if he remembers me but I can tell you he's an extremely honest Individual. I need to stop in and see if he remembers me 36 years later.
Great local marine with top notch customer service. They make sure you are completely satisfied.
