Bought my boat back in 1984 when Randy was in Pasadena..and have never had a problem with it...Basic maintenance but has always run like a top. And Randy did that with a smile after the great service I received...you shouldnt go anywhere else unless you want less...
Randy's Marine does it again! My boat has been out of commission for almost 3 years. Fuel pump and carburetor were all varnished up. Randy got me all tuned up and running again. He did the job quicker and for less $$ than expected. Randy's will be my boat shop as long as I live in the area.
Randy & Dustin are true professionals, they offer no hassle, no haggle service and sales. By far, this was the best boating experience that I have ever had. Their level of expertise and recommendations are the best in the business. I'm looking forward to many years of business with Randy's Marine.
I few months ago I went to his shop looking for a hub kit for my etec. He not only called me after hours but had it ordered and was waiting for me the next day. No extra shipping cost for over night. Customer service is top notch and he does know his stuff.
Absolute crappy service. Charged me $1500 and didn't fix ANYTHING on my Mercury. Took the boat back and the POS (Randy) tried blaming me for the problem. His son is just as worthless, nothing but lies from these people.
Words can't explain how much I appreciate the service and experience I had at Randy's Marine the other day after being in a bind out on the water. By far THE BEST MARINE service center I've ever been to after being taking care of in a professional way that's second to none. They have gained my business from now on. Quality honest service at its finest!!! Thank You Randy's Marine!
