I stopped by to get a necklace repaired for my 88-year-old Mother. I thought i would have to leave it, but Aleea took it back to her work station and repaired it on the spot. When I asked how much I owed, she said "no charge." Now that is customer service! I highly recommend the friendly, professional service at Randy's Jewelry! Thank you!!! Carolyn Gregory

Was hoping to get a bullet shell into a pendant but when leaving the pendant in the stores hand letting the jeweler see what would be best. The safest option was to get the shell made into a keychain. I am so glad I went with that option, and getting it engraved was the cherry on top. My great grandpa was my best friend and now that I will have this with me forever I am so grateful that I came to Randy's jewelry in Troy. We took my fathers watch in to have links removed, and even though the watch wasn’t originally purchased from them and it was a very minimal charge to remove the links, they were very courteous and professional.
