I recommend Randy Jewelry for all jewelry needs you might have. I went in the store yesterday to get a couple rings sized. As I was waiting one gentlemen was being waited on by 2 ladies. He had a piece of jewelry that needed repair. Apparently that repair might be costl maybe beyond the cost of the jewelry. The ladies were working with him providing many options. My husband has been buying me jewelry from here for years. A pearl necklace, then pearl earring and most recently, he took a design he came up with for them to literally MAKE me a custom piece. I've had a wonderful experience at both this Randy's location in Troy and the O'Fallon location. I have even traded in some old/broken jewelry with them and the process was simple. My most recent visit, I went in to look specifically at some estate and vintage jewelry. Aleea M. assisted me and was very pleasant to work with.
