I've had a wonderful experience at both this Randy's location in Troy and the O'Fallon location. I have even traded in some old/broken jewelry with them and the process was simple. My most recent visit, I went in to look specifically at some estate and vintage jewelry. Aleea M. assisted me and was very pleasant to work with. Took a Timex watch in for a battery. Woman waiting on me was new. She split the watch band in two. Then replaced the battery. When she tried to put the band together it didn't link up. Went to the back to ask someone for help. She came back and said she had made a mistake ( I found out then she had only been working a few weeks).
