Took a Timex watch in for a battery. Woman waiting on me was new. She split the watch band in two. Then replaced the battery. When she tried to put the band together it didn't link up. Went to the back to ask someone for help. She came back and said she had made a mistake ( I found out then she had only been working a few weeks). She suggested I return it to the vendor and LIE that it came that way. She also suggested I could purchase one from them. No discount, no free replacement.
