My husband has been buying me jewelry from here for years. A pearl necklace, then pearl earring and most recently, he took a design he came up with for them to literally MAKE me a custom piece. And they NAILED IT! Our birthstones in the shape of a heart, with 7 diamonds to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary, all in rose gold, my favorite! I've had a wonderful experience at both this Randy's location in Troy and the O'Fallon location. I have even traded in some old/broken jewelry with them and the process was simple. My most recent visit, I went in to look specifically at some estate and vintage jewelry. Aleea M. assisted me and was very pleasant to work with.
