Never had a bad Randy's until now. I ordered off Ubereats so I can't judge it's services or atmosphere but the food was terrible. I ordered 2 Chocolate Crondy but got regular ones which would've been fine but they were soggy, the Apple fritter was huge& burnt, I've ordered it before its not that big. I also ordered 2 regular glazed strawberry donuts and got some kind of apple filled donut that wasn't good. Extremely disappointed probably won't Order again.

That giant spinning donut on the roof isn’t just for show — what’s inside is legendary. I tried the Maple Raised and the Classic Glazed, and wow... melt-in-your-mouth perfection. I have been a huge fan of Randy’s since a decade ago. This was my first time at the NoHo Burbank location. Clair was such a sweetheart, so caring, attentive and funny. She definitely knows how to entertain a customer. Good thing about Randy’s is that they always have donuts in their store. A lot of donut places sell out before they close.
One employee ruined it all for me. She was so disrespectful.
Excellent donuts and friendly service.
