Very profesional and knowledge on his business, definitely I lersonal recommend Randy Carpet cleaning.
This guy is extremely unprofessional and the quality of work is horrible. Randy did the room super fast and was in/out within 30 min which I thought was odd but he guaranteed he cleaned the pet urine smell. He actually made it worse - the carpet was still smelling 2 days after he left. When I called to tell him to come back he said his rig was broken was down for the foreseeable future.
