We have been using Randy’s for many years. We just picked up our Tahoe a few days ago. They go above and beyond, their work is wonderful. Thanks to their amazing staff.
If you don’t have top tier insurance or a new car , don’t go to Randy’s body shop in Paducah Ky. They have terrible service skills at front desk and said my insurance wouldn’t pay in wich I absolutely know that they will pay . Bad skills and another shop told me that they don’t have enough shop employees. So , I will never go back there and I will go viral about it. Front desk lady acted like I was wasting her time. Great service skills , NOT!
I was going to wait to post but they have been so helpful and kind I didn't want to wait. My car was smashed up five hours from home on the way to another state and my Roadside assistance was going to take 48 hours to get a Tow truck to my vehicle. Randy's was the nearest certified repair shop within my insurance network and they were out there with a tow within 30 minutes.
