Horrible! Had combo plate, chicken was so tough it had the texture of jerky! BBQ was an average c-, but it was cold. Slaw is uneatable. Hush puppies, fries and tea were good. Not worth the high prices they charge even if it were good. Don’t go there.

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience at Randy's this is definitely not our normal. I would love to know when date and time you were at the cafe. Which slaw did you have red or white. Did you let the waitress or cashier know of your issues? and if you did, did she offer to fix your food? Do you remember your waitress name. I would love to offer you a gift certificate for you to give us another try.
Great food, great service, picked up a Boston Butt today and it was over the top fantastic.
We had our first visit today. It definitely won’t be our last. Exceptional service and excellent food!
Randy's BBQ is a great place to eat. They specialize in BBQ but have a variety of other things on the menu to choose from. The staff is very friendly and the waitresses are always quick to keep your drinks refilled or get any thing else you might need. Their BBQ is delicious and I highly recommend them if you're looking for a place to pig out. Just remember, they don't take debit or credit cards so carry cash when you go.

Hi Randy I've ate at your Troutman store a lot I would love to see you by the Old Carolina Barbecue and bring your breakfast lunch and supper menu from the Troutman store I think it would be a very good opportunity for Randy's barbecue to have a second location and Statesville also you're just right down the road from my job at Black Automotive
