Took my Prius in for repair. Service was great. My service advisor peter was very professional. Great communication. Repairs done right the first time.
Mike (the King of Toyota Service) has always taken good care of me and my van. He tells me if repairs are urgent or can be scheduled. In addition, he always checks out my shocks and struts (through the guys) when another tire vendor tells me I need them (which I don't). I trust their input. Since I've had my van (2005), all my service has been done at Toyota. It may be a bit more expensive than other places, but i trust the work and I have a great report card for my van. Thanks!
The service on my wife's Toyota was top notch. Mike, the service manager was professional and helpful. While waiting in the service lounge, Patrick, a salesman was helpful in answering my many questions about my wife's hybrid vehicle. Thanks to both for making my experience a pleasant one. PS the only concern I had was a three day wait to schedule the appointment.
ALWAYS excellent service from Grand Blanc Toyota. Mike (Service Manager) does everything possible to insure the complete satisfaction of the customer. I LOVE my Prius, but having this dependable dealership assures that my next car will be a Toyota.
Both of my headlights were out the night before & I needed to travel a distance after dark. The service area and bay were so full. I thought I might not get myself in, but they got me in and installed new headlights in less than an hour! I am very thankful for your help & service. All the staff was very friendly, despite the obvious hustle & bustle.
The service department is one of best around...staff always keeps you informed...when you drive up to their office, in the building, the process begins. When your services are completed, they find you and direct you to your washed car. Great job Mike
I had wonderful service from Mile on my Toyota RAV 4. My car was looked at quickly the next morning after an evening drop off. He took the time to explain the issues with my car to me as well as my options for service. I felt that I had wonderful service, and I trust Mike and this dealership.
