Dr Ash is OK, but his staff is rude, argumentative, and misleading about cost. They are the most expensive, least professional eye care practice I've encountered in 45 years. It took months for them to release a simple prescription.
have been going to Dr Ash for years. My prescriptions change a lot and he was the first Doctor to listen to me. Others didn't believe my eyes could change that much in less than a year. Dread the day he decides to retire.
I've worn glasses for over 30 years and Dr. Ash is the best optometrist I've ever seen. Modern technology, great bedside manner, and great staff.
Well so far no one answers the phone! I'm not sure if they are just short staffed temporarily but it is very hard to get through. You have to leave your number with voicemail and wait for a call back. This is really bad for business.
I have been a patient for 20 years and return because he provides quality care. I like that it is a small locally owned practice too.
Very upset! Very unprofessional. Did not follow the Blue Cross insurance deal they agreed with to be able to be a Blue Cross carrier! When I asked why they called me cheap! (true!) I pay over $800 a month for my insurance & was suppose to get 40% off the second pair (which is still way more than any other place in town to buy glasses). After hitting a wall with the manager I asked to talk to the Dr. Ash & was denied! The manager not only called me cheap, DR. was just not interested in resolving
Dr Ash was courteous and professional. His staff, on the other hand, could learn a thing or two about customer service. I went in to pick up my new glasses today and was left waiting while office staff selected new frame styles to stock the office. There were no other patients waiting. I finally decided to leave & was on my way out, when one girl came out with my glasses. I said I didn't have time and she said, 'OK' and walked away. I felt my business couldn't have mattered less to the staff.
