Someone very close to me came into your location today and the men there were so awful to her and rude. I would not recommend this place at all. Absolutely rude and awful, customer service is KEY!!!!!! Another lady walked In after her and they were quick to greet her. Funny how greasy men can treat a woman who doesn’t look like the other lady like crap, maybe they should look in the mirror!!!!
Mr. Purvis saved my day today! Had a blowout on the road and had to be in Natchitoches in 4 hours. He got my tire changed super fast! Thank you so much. I’ll be back soon when it’s time to replace all 4!!
Been going here since after the flood. Have always been satisfied by everything they have done from minor issues to major issues. Will continue to go here and recommend to anyone that asks.
