Horrible service! Have never been approached by such bad customer service in my life, staff is rude and dismissive. Actually felt like I was bother the assistant at check in. Seriously horrible. Find another dentist, the dentist may be great but the staff alone will make you run in the other direction. From flat out rudeness to judging from the moment I walked in, this place is seriously in trouble. great place to visit..IF you don't need any dental work actually done, So I'm in the Tri Cities wa area .. I have two cavities, one right in the front tooth.. yet this guy says.. well its in a hard spot to fix ( yeah right in front and all) so if there is no pain we will just let it go.. WELL THANK YOU.. you know.. having a cavity in the front smiling at people when I talk is just OKAY THEN..because he says its no big deal..
