The car was picked out of 5 by the dealer. My thoughts were they were the same. But yesterday I noticed the front driver side corner panel is out of line with the door. Do I take it to the nearest Chevy dealer to be fixed or call Chevy customer service? I think they knew it had and issue and pulled it out hoping it wasn’t noticed.

Spencer Golden is a fantastic sales person. It started with a phone call where he answered several of my questions without pushing me to come in person, and then he allowed us to text him over the next day until we could drive the hour to the dealership. When we got there he had the car (an EV) ready to go and charged up so that we could drive it the 70 miles home without worry. There’s always an issue when I visit Randy Marion. This time I brought my car in for a recall. Arrived as requested an 8am on Monday. I was told they’d call me later when the car was done. Well after not hearing anything by end of work day, I called and was told my car never got worked on and it wouldn’t be until the next day. My vehicle’s front wheel bearings were replaced and when test driven found the rear wheel bearings were bad also. After replacing them the car is now quiet and I’m not worried about them. My service advisor was most helpful in getting my car back as soon as possible
No issues with sales, parts department could do more to locate parts instead of just saying backlog for parts they can find if they work a little harder to find them.
